Inducted to the kitchen at an early age in her childhood home in Toronto, Canada, Daniela Sfara has been around homecooked Italian food her whole life. Through her years of cooking with her mother in the kitchen, Daniela has always known that true Italian cooking offers more than just food; it’s an experience that brings people closer through love, laughter and enjoying a great meal together. Spending hours in the kitchen with her ‘mamma’ is what gave her the ability to practice intuitive cooking, learning from her and every other young-at-heart local, both in Toronto and Italy. With decades of experience behind her, Sfara crafts every dish with passion, soul and utmost care.

Bringing her Italian culinary flair to Ciao Bella in Media One Hotel, Chef Sfara will be hosting her famous supper club on two separate nights – Wednesday, June 5th and Friday, June 7th, from 7pm. For just AED 149 per person with non-alcoholic drink pairings, and AED 249 with wine pairings, guests can enjoy an exclusive menu packed with Chef Sfara’s fan favourite dishes – a collection of Italian classics and humble delights.
