This partnership brings a hand-picked, carefully chosen selection of Alessi’s iconic home products to the restaurant, enhancing its unique dine-and-shop concept and allowing guests to buy high-quality flowers, candles, homeware and apparel during their dining experience.
Alessi, a global leader in design-driven home products, is celebrated for transforming everyday household items into pieces of art. With its playful, innovative, and highly functional designs, Alessi has established a strong presence in homes worldwide. The collaboration will showcase a curated selection of Alessi’s most sought-after products, including sleek household kitchen accessories and pet products as the restaurant prepares to launch its pet-friendly terrace this October.
Keeping with Chaihona No 1’s philosophy of blending cultures and experiences, this partnership adds a new dimension to the restaurant’s immersive Mediterranean-inspired dining experience. Inspired by the Vasilchuk family’s travels to Greece, the recent menu showcases a fusion of Mediterranean dishes, Slavic, Arabic, and Asian flavours. Dishes such as the Stracciatella Salad, Seafood Orzo, and the Greek Mezze are firm favourites among the Vasilchuk family and are now becoming popular among guests.

Chaihona, No. 1 by Vasilchuki, is open throughout the day and serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Families are welcome, and guests can participate in floristry workshops hosted by V Shop inside the restaurant, which must be booked in advance. Alternatively, they can just sit back, relax, and enjoy the view.
