The new Nad Al Sheba branch will feature all the much-loved aspects of its existing branches including a handpicked range of equipment, five uniquely designed boutique studios offering a diverse range of multi-modality classes to suit all abilities including HIIT, Cycle, MINDBODY, Energy and Reformer Pilates. It also provides a twenty-five metre, five lane pool in the outdoor space, designed for both leisure and performance swimming.

Personalised training programs are delivered by a multi-national team of all-female expert trainers with exclusive one-to-one Reformer Pilates classes also available to members.
