Blind Tiger marks World Bartender Day with a special guest shift, uniting top industry talents for an evening of expertly crafted cocktails and immersive mixology on 24 February.
United Arab Emirates, Dubai, 17 February 2025: In honour of World Bartender Day, Blind Tiger is set to host an exclusive guest shift experience on 24 February, showcasing the artistry of cocktail-making with renowned global figures from the bar scene. The venue will collaborate with Stefano Catino, founder of Sydney’s celebrated Maybe Sammy, which has earned a spot on the prestigious World’s 50 Best Bars list. This special event, in partnership with premium spirits brand, The Botanist, will feature a unique collection of cocktails crafted by Stefano, offering guests a taste of the creativity that has made Maybe Sammy a must-visit destination.
Stefano will be joined by Hunter Gregory, Bar Manager at Maybe Sammy, and Francesco D’Arienzo, Bar Manager at Blind Tiger. Hunter has been recognised as a Top 10 Rookie Bartender in Australia for two consecutive years, while Francesco’s expertise in fine spirits and cocktail craftmanship has played a key role in establishing Blind Tiger as a leader in Dubai’s cocktail scene.
From 8:00PM to 11:00PM, guests will indulge in a selection of expertly crafted cocktails from the trio, enjoying a seamless blend of Italian elegance and modern innovation. The evening will be complemented by live music from Blind Tiger’s signature playlist, providing a truly immersive experience.
