SHVILI DIFC HAS LAUNCHED AS TIGRUS HOLDINGS FIRST LICENSED VENUE<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES, 24 SEPT 2026:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0Georgian restaurant Shvili has officially opened its doors in DIFC, bringing big tables, freshly baked khachapuri, handmade khinkali and plenty of Georgian wine to the heart of Dubai\u2019s business district.<\/h3>\n

The new restaurant is Shvili\u2019s first licensed UAE location and is designed around one of Georgia\u2019s best-loved traditions that welcomes gathering around the table over good food and wine.<\/h3>\n

The menu is made for sharing, with Georgian favourites including khinkali, traditional dumplings filled with seasoned meat and hearty broth, and khachapuri, a freshly baked Georgian cheese bread.<\/h3>\n

Also on the menu are Georgian appetiser plates, dishes cooked and served in traditional ketsi clay pans, grilled meats, vegetarian options and a carefully chosen selection of Georgian wines.<\/h3>\n

The DIFC opening marks the latest step in Shvili\u2019s international growth. Founded in 2016, the brand has grown to 33 locations across five countries, including Russia, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, the UAE and Turkey.<\/h3>\n

In the UAE, Shvili is also located at Dubai Hills Mall, Dubai Festival City Mall, Palm Jumeirah Mall, Circle Mall, and Galleria Mall Abu Dhabi and is part of Tigrus Restaurant Holding, an international hospitality group operating nearly 80 restaurants worldwide.<\/h3>\n

Behind the brand, Tigrus is also working towards more sustainable hospitality across its restaurants, from reducing food waste and single-use plastics to supporting reforestation through its One Million Tigrus Trees project in the UAE. The group has also introduced Tigrus Water, produced locally in the UAE, to help reduce the environmental impact of transporting bottled water.<\/h3>\n

\nEvery Wednesday from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with unlimited khinkali and three glasses of wine.<\/h3>\n

Georgian Cooking Masterclasses \u2013 AED 199<\/strong>
\nEvery Thursday, at either 6pm or 8pm guests can learn how to make khinkali or khachapuri, accompanied by three glasses of wine.<\/h3>\n

Weekend Brunch \u2013 from AED 149<\/strong>
\nAED 149 food only, AED 199 with four glasses of wine, or AED 259 with six selected wines and cocktails. Children under 10 dine free, with one child complimentary per paying adult.<\/h3>\n
