December 2023; Dubai, United Arab Emirates — Novartis, a focused innovative medicines company, has been certified as a Great Place to Work® in the UAE and Kuwait after a thorough and independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work® Middle East. This certification is based on direct feedback from employees, provided as part of an extensive and anonymous survey about the workplace experience.

Employees highly rated the company’s commitment to workplace safety, welcoming culture, and sense of accomplishment.
