Dubai, United Arab Emirates – 14 February 2026: ADCOOP, the grocery retail arm of MAIR Group PJSC, has officially entered the Dubai retail market with the opening of its first flagship store at Makani Mizhar 3 Mall, Oud Al Muteena – Al Mizhar, marking a key milestone in the Group’s national expansion strategy and reinforcing its commitment to serving families across the UAE.
Launched during the holy month of Ramadan and in line with the UAE’s declaration of 2026 as the Year of the Family, the Dubai flagship reinforces ADCOOP’s mission to deliver trusted quality, competitive pricing, and a community-centric shopping experience tailored to the needs of households across the Emirates.
The new store was inaugurated by Nehayan Hamad Alameri, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of MAIR Group, in the presence of senior management and strategic partners.
A New Retail Destination for Dubai Families
Spanning more than 1,500 square metres, the Oud Al Muteena flagship offers a modern, family-focused hypermarket experience, featuring more than 10,000 products across fresh food, grocery, personal care, bakery, and ready-to-eat categories.
The store also introduces ADCOOP’s newly launched private-label home care brands, Yalla and Xpert, available exclusively at ADCOOP and positioned to deliver high quality at compelling value.
Operational excellence remains a core focus, with a dedicated team of over 30 employees who have collectively completed more than 200 hours of structured training, ensuring consistently high service standards and customer experience.

Ramadan Value Commitment
In line with its family-first ethos, ADCOOP has committed more than AED 20 million to Ramadan initiatives, delivering discounts of up to 60%, price reductions across more than 1,500 essential household items, and AED 50 cashback on purchases of AED 250 or more. These initiatives are designed to ease household spending pressures and support families during the holy month.

More than 20% of fresh produce available at the new store is sourced locally, underscoring ADCOOP’s ongoing commitment to supporting UAE farmers and promoting sustainable food systems.
ADCOOP also continues to support the Abu Dhabi Citizens’ Food Products Program in collaboration with the Department of Municipalities and Transport, ensuring the availability of essential food items during Ramadan. In parallel, its partnership with the Khalifa Foundation, further reinforces its role in strengthening food accessibility and community welfare across the Emirate.
