Indulge in authentic Arabic flavours infused in international cuisine this Ramadan

Dubai, 24 March 2023: – WYT Cafe (pronounced “wite”) has announced the launch of its Ramadan menu, specially curated to offer guests an exquisite dining experience during the Holy Month of Ramadan. All are welcome to indulge in authentic Arabic flavours, at its stunning location at the heart of Dubai Hills Mall.

WYT Cafe’s set Ramadan menu, crafted by CEO and Head Chef, Maha Hassan, will send your taste buds alight with the freshest ingredients blended with a fusion of spices, and fine international cuisine, creating a unique experience with every plate and every bite. A highlight of this menu is the Salmon Fillet, grilled to perfection with charred broccoli, topped with a sprinkle of roasted almond flakes, and a tangy lemon butter sauce. Another standout dish is the Majboos; a true delight to the palate with its flavourful spices brought together by a slow-cooked eight hour lamb shank with herb infusions and a demi-glaze reduction. And for a lighter take on the dish, guests can opt for the grilled baby chicken majboos instead.

Guests can also tuck into a variety of starters and inventive salads including the Mixed Fatayer and Mezze Platters, Tomato, Feta and Walnut Salad, as well as WYT’s famed Salad with Goat Cheese; a perfect mix of fresh organic ripe figs, with red and yellow cherry tomatoes, on a bed of mixed Asian lettuce, dressed with the restaurant’s signature white balsamic dressing, poached pears, burnt goat cheese and topped with micro herbs. For dessert, guests can enjoy the Baba Dough, a Chef Maha Ramadan special, filled with a refreshing pear compote that oozes maple mascarpone cream as the fork cuts through its centre, with sprinkled pistachio.

The menu, as with everything about WYT Cafe, is a reflection of Chef Maha’s guiding philosophy that food is not just about nourishment, but a way to build connections and share love with those sitting beside you. “Food is not about the calories, but instead a symbol of love when words are not enough. This menu embodies how I feel – full of love, and I truly enjoy sharing it with our guests everyday,” said Chef Maha.

Nestled in the heart of Dubai Hills Mall, the luxury lifestyle hotspot aims to bring people together to break their fast during this special time of year, with its Ramadan menu, where everything is crafted from the finest ingredients and curated from scratch for everyone’s tastes.

This menu will be available at WYT Cafe, Dubai Hills Mall on Tuesday, March 21st.
