Additionally, Chef Peter Lau has personally crafted his own speciality dishes for the menu, featuring culinary delights like the Wok-fried Wagyu Beef Tenderloin with Chongqing Spicy Sauce, Sauteed Garoupa Fillet with Walnut in Black Pepper Lemon Sauce, Duo Baked Omani Lobster with Garlic & Soybeans Chili, and Pan-fried Australian Lamb Chops with Cumin and Crispy Potato. The menu is thoughtfully divided into 11 categories to cater to a variety of palates, featuring Fine-Crafted Dim Sum, Live Seafood, Cantonese, Sichuan and more, in addition to the signature dishes by Chef Peter Lau himself.
