New Year’s Eve Grand Dinner Buffet
Bid farewell to 2023 in style and welcome 2024 with cherished family moments and fond memories at Swissotel Al Ghurair, a five-star family destination in Dubai. Enjoy an expert culinary spread of Baked Red Snapper with infused Roasted Seasonal Vegetables to Seafood Paella. Begin your evening with a variety of salads, canapés and antipasti, including Turkey salad with cranberry and chestnuts, Roasted Brussel sprouts salad with apricot and bacon, a made-to-order sushi station and a grand Charcutiere board with homemade chutneys.
Guests are in for a treat with the seafood station displayed on ice offering rock lobsters, baby octopus, New Zealand black mussels, crabs, shrimps, clams, calamari and more, along with freshly-shucked oysters with lovely condiments. The menu also includes choices of soup, hot and cold mezzehs, live stations of made-to-order grills, shawarma, and pasta, along with a selection of main courses including Braised Beef short ribs, Chicken Malai Tikka, Cheesy Beef Lasagna. Freshly picked and prepared from the Swiss Garden – Swissotel’s very own vegetable garden, the expert chefs also offer a selection of greens and vegan salads and main-courses. To conclude on a sweet note, the dessert station includes Sticky toffee pudding, Red velvet cake, Mango & Passion Basil mousse cake, Pavlova, Swiss Rolls, Churros, and fresh seasonal fruits.
While the adults enjoy the delicious spread and the melodies of the live singer as the hotel counts down to 2024, the “Little Explorers” have a blast at the kid’s play area, bouncing castle, face painting, arts and crafts, Little chefs cooking workshop, gardening and family games.
The grand dinner buffet is available at Liwan restaurant on Sunday, 31st December, from 7 p.m. to 1 a.m. and is priced at AED 285 per adult, AED 115 per child between 6 and 12 years, while children below 6 years dine for free.
Lazy Breakfast
Begin 2024 with a spread of your favourite breakfast selections, served till late in the morning, to allow friends and families to create special memories.
Indulge in a spread of cold cuts, continental breakfast spreads, salads, made-to-order egg stations, hot and cold mezzehs, morning bakeries and live waffle and pancake station. Chef’s selections include Quinoa with Berries salad, made-to-order grills, freshly-baked manakish and croissants, Creamy red Lobster bisque, hand-rolled sushi and a limited selection of main courses.
The Lazy Breakfast buffet is available from 11.30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Liwan restaurant, and is priced at AED 120 per adult,AED 60 per child between 6 and 12 years, while children below 6 years dine for free.
