Manoj Tulsani was employed with a good steady income when he decided to launch Rayna Toursand Travels in 2006, along with his friend, Kamlesh Ramchandani, whom he met while working at Safeer Group of Companies in Dubai. All he had when he made this spontaneous decision was the professional experience of about seven years working with Dubai’s trading industry from 1999 (which he started soon after his completion of graduation.)

Born and raised in a modest family in Ajmer, Rajastan (India), Manoj didn’t have any history or background of conducting a family business too. So, what really inspired him to start a new business in an entirely new industry? It was nothing but his unremitting love for travel and connecting with more and more people. Launch of Rayna Tours and Travels 

The start of Rayna Tours and Travels was from a small boutique shop in Flora Grand Hotel, Dubai. Al though visitors to Dubai reserved their accommodation in advance back then, they mostly ignored the importance of pre-organizing what to do and see in Dubai. This issue actually sparked the beginningof Rayna Tours in 2006.“It was kind of a light bulb moment for us when we identified the potential of growing our business through this then overlooked concept,” says Manoj Tulsani on their business idea.Within two years, Rayna Tours expanded its business by opening 15 more outlets. And by 2009, they grew to this extent that they transformed themselves into the UAE’s top Destination Management Company
