DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES, 24 July 2026: SUPA Uzbek Culinary House is opening in September at Millennium Al Barsha Hotel, bringing authentic Uzbek cuisine to Dubai after its success in Saudi Arabia.
The restaurant takes its name from the traditional Uzbek SUPA, a raised platform where families come together to share meals and conversation. SUPA celebrates warm hospitality and halal dining with a side of nature.
The menu is designed for Dubai’s multicultural community, blending classic Uzbek recipes with Middle Eastern touches. Signature dishes include Uzbek plov, samsa, cheburek, charcoal-grilled kebabs, freshly baked bread, and homemade desserts.
