Expect only the best at TakaHisa, as Sushi Master Chef Takashi Namekata ‘Taka’ sources the finest seafood from Toyosu Market ensuring quality and an authentic taste of Japan. The world’s highest-ranking A5 Kobe Beef (certified, marbling score 12) is also on the menu and hand selected by Wagyu Master Chef Hisao Ueda ‘Hisa’ ensuring every bite is deliciously unforgettable.

Guests can immerse themselves in festive menu highlights such as Crab Risotto and Crab Shabu Shabu (Crabs legs cooked in broth), or order a la carte speciality dish Sea Jewelry, with sea urchin, tuna, and the very best caviar, while Kobe Beef can be enjoyed as steak, tartare, carpaccio or in a sushi roll.
